Stay far, far away from this CPA. In my experience they are unresponsive to emails, miss deadlines without communicating, and are extremely capricious—with a pattern of saying one thing and doing the other. Their billing practices are shady; they charge outrageous fees, sometimes for services they never provided. They operate with no transparency or integrity.

This office is unorganized and unprofessional! We were charged over 250 dollars for a meeting that never happened. They scheduled in the wrong city and were supposed to call back to reschedule in the correct location in which they never did. We then received a bill months later for attending a meeting in a city we don’t even live in. Even with proof and several phone calls later, they refused to take away the charges. Would not recommend this office to anyone!
Pamela failed to file 2019 taxes properly, costing my aging parents (who had used Fitzpatrick for many years) hundreds in penalties and a great deal of undue stress. She also lied to the CPA hired to clean up her mistakes and refused to return phone calls. Highly unprofessional.
