I have worked with Ken Charette on several transactions, and he is knowledgeable and professional. If you need representation for transaction counsel, I could not recommend Ken or his firm more highly.
I contacted this firm and spent about 30 minutes going over my case in detail, including the parties involved. At the end of the call, I was told they would run a conflict check and get back to me. Since then, I’ve called multiple times and left three messages for Attorney Gretchen’s assistant—without even the courtesy of a return call.
