Communicated with Ken Charette regarding simple ficticious name change for my entity. After three months and an $825 bill, I was informed that the firm had discovered a "potential conflict of interest" and that they were no longer providing assistance, effective immediately. When asked why the firm had not checked for conflict when I reached out, it was mansplained "the requested work is ministerial in nature and does not implicate your divorce proceeding."
