I contacted this firm and spent about 30 minutes going over my case in detail, including the parties involved. At the end of the call, I was told they would run a conflict check and get back to me. Since then, I’ve called multiple times and left three messages for Attorney Gretchen’s assistant—without even the courtesy of a return call. Communicated with Ken Charette regarding simple ficticious name change for my entity. After three months and an $825 bill, I was informed that the firm had discovered a "potential conflict of interest" and that they were no longer providing assistance, effective immediately. When asked why the firm had not checked for conflict when I reached out, it was mansplained "the requested work is ministerial in nature and does not implicate your divorce proceeding."
