Case was a slam dunk, would've won the trial hands down. Charged 1,900$ upfront, was told it would cover everything but the trial. Pre trial plea bargain was basically no jail time and all the charges go away a year later, he told me i wouldn't be charged for the set aside that's written into the court order. Today, after the year has passed, i am being told it's another 750$ to do the set aside?? Scummy.. very scummy.
