This has, by far, been the worst rental property I've ever lived at. They're very slow at fixing problems. When I first moved in the security light at my car port went out. When I would report it, they'd put a new bulb in and it would go out again several weeks later. Eventually, I brought this up and the lady at the front desk told me it's an electrical issue and the bulbs keep going out, but it took them nearly 8 months to fix the "electrical issue." I lived in the Glenwood Townhouses for a year and a half and I absolutely loved living there. I honestly don't know how someone could have written a bad review about these townhouses or the landlord, because my experience was quite the opposite. When I was looking for an apartment, I looked at many places in the Canton area before settling on Glenwood Townhouses.
