The ball bearings in our kid's wheel were shot (we didn't know it at the time) and the wheel wouldn't turn anymore normally. Brought it in and about 10-15 minutes later the wheel was fixed and we were on our way. It was $15 well spent. Thank you guys for your help!

Shout out and thank you to Fitzgerald’s Bicycles in Idaho Falls. I have been training this year for my first full Ironman event. As I trained, I struggled with the normal discomfort on long bike rides. It was fortunate that Fitzgerald’s Bicycles came to one of the Tri Peaks practice swims at Rigby Lake this last summer and conducted some bike checks for fit and gear. ~Edited~ I'll be honest, I had a few problems here when I brought my bike in for a tune-up. Some things happened that I was disappointed on. However, Brian and Ryan made things right. They went above and beyond and made sure things were how they should be. Something they both said to me was that they "stand by their work" and that wasn't just talk. They mean it. Awsome bike shop. My cousin and I stopped by during a bicycle tour along the Rockies for a wheel repair / replacement, the staff was super friendly, the mechanics were great, the coffee was great... We strongly recommend this shop.
