I called and indicated why I was looking for an attorney to help me with an employment-related matter. I was interviewed by the office manager who asked me a series of questions related to the case. I was told I would receive a decision on whether they would take the case or not. She called back the next day and said they decided they would not take me case. I asked the reason or reasons why. Absolutely horrible service. I was calling to explain my case and details of my situation and the secretary or who ever answered the phone for the office was absolutely rude. Rushing me into exposing my situation and then when I said "can you please not rush me, matter of fact I'll just take my business else where." She just smacked her lips and hung up. How unprofessional and embarrassing for this office.
