Of all the lenders that I spoke with during my initial search, Matt was the only one who took the additional time and patience to truly walk me through the mortgage lending process. We talked for about 2 hrs during the initial consultation, in which he explained each element of the lending process as well as the mortgage estimates and closing process. As a first time homebuyer, this was HUGE! Throughout the process, Matt was supportive, attentive, and very responsive. 10/10 would recommend!
