I've worked with Joe Rapchak on a couple of properties over the years. 5 out of 5 stars. If you are looking for someone who is an expert in mortgage financing, extremely responsive and a genuinely good person that even steps a bit out of his realm to offer advice, Joe is the guy you're looking for.
I'd always heard about how hard it was to get a mortgage and buy a home. Wes Hobbes made it absolutely _easy_. For years, Wes kept in touch with me, and when I went to sell the home, he was still a huge help, even though because of my unusual circumstance and the fact I had moved out of the region, I wouldn't be going through him. It's so easy to be jaded by real estate, banking and the financial world, but Wes actually cares for his clients. A+.
