I used Fitzgerald Brothers for a winery tour for my sisters bachelorette weekend in the Finger Lakes. There was trash in our limo and our driver, Dan, drove past our first stop and wouldn’t listen when we told him he passed it. This made us 20 min late to our first winery, which then threw off our entire schedule. First of all, our driver for our wedding shuttle was PHENOMENAL – super kind, warm, and friendly. Our biggest complaint was that the first shuttle bus didn’t have working a/c and so the first group of guests they brought to the venue didn’t have a/c on a pretty hot day, and the second group of guests was late (pushing back our ceremony start time) because they switched buses between those two runs. Dan our driver was truly amazing. He went above and beyond to make our experience at the finger lakes enjoyable and memorable. Would recommend to anyone - DAN IS THE MAN!!

Do not use this service for weddings or anything important. They require payment up front including driver tip and deliver subpar service. We booked them as a shuttle for our wedding and the driver essentially left guests stranded at the hotel and claimed he parked and went into the lobby to gather people when he clearly did not. Communication was abysmal and the driver could clearly bot follow simple instructions.
