This is the best gym program with no judgements! Trainers are great. I've been a member for a long time and started personal training with Kenny. He is just amazing. I have some injuries and come in very sore and fatigued sometimes after waitressing on the weekends. Kenny modifies my workout and I leave feeling so much better with less pain. He knows his stuff. It's like a physical therapy session and workout all in one. Couldn't be any happier with him!
