I’ve been a member at many gyms but this is the first gym where I felt unwelcome. The main staff I interacted with was unprofessional and rude, and really just shouldn’t be in a client-facing role. Sadly, I found out that this person is actually the son of the owner, so I know he isn’t going anywhere and I’d have to interact with him a lot. Are you paying your full time and part time employees during this shut down ? If Yes I GLADLY pay my membership. If not ... then I ask for a refund. I am a financial advisor who met with a client today who is a gymnastics studio. They are doing everything possible to continue to pay all employees. My thought was, If their clients know they are doing the right thing then they would support them. I offer the same to you. Very nice staff and you are held accountable for your weight loss and fitness.
Be very cautious before you sign any agreement with this location specifically. Rick Langella is extremely difficult to work with and this company took six months of fees at $59 each out of my checking account (without my authorization!!!) and refuses to refund any of it.
Sarah, John and the whole staff make it so I look forward to being there. Definitely feel the results.
