I’ve been a member at many gyms but this is the first gym where I felt unwelcome. The main staff I interacted with was unprofessional and rude, and really just shouldn’t be in a client-facing role. Sadly, I found out that this person is actually the son of the owner, so I know he isn’t going anywhere and I’d have to interact with him a lot.
