This is my 4th gym that I've joined and I have 2 things to say about it.. #1 it's nothing like a gym. It's more like stopping by your friends house and leaving a little sore. Everyone greets you by name.. they remember things you've told them and they really care about getting you to your goals no matter what they are. They personalize workouts for you to accommodate injuries or personal needs. #2 this is the only place that has worked for me. RecommendedGreat place to workout. Not huge like big box gyms so the staff know you and help with whatever struggle you have. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great value too! Highly recommend!!
