I was lucky enough to win the 90 min 3d running technique analysis in the 12 days of Christmas and what an amazing gift it was. After a short warm up on the treadmill, Andy starts the recording. Thank you for getting me back running when I had resigned myself to never running properly ever again. I had a chronic tib post tendinopathy and Andy helped me work through it with a focussed and specific rehab plan, hands on treatment and a managed return to running. Andy was brilliant with advice. He modified my plan when I had setbacks and gave me the confidence to push a bit harder when I was ready. I will definitely use Fitstuff again and have already recommended to several running friends.
FitStuff Physiotherapy has really helped me with my neck and shoulder pain, caused from desk work. Outside of the in person sessions, Josefin built me a personal exercise plan after my first session and helped me change bad posture habits.
Excellent and effective treatment. I went to Fitstuff with achiles tendonopathy and a sprained knee. I knew they used ShockWave treatment which I knew would work on my ankle and it did. Josafin is a very experienced physio and through effective diagnosis, massage and clear exercise regimes had my problem solved over a 6 week period. I will go back when I need to and thoroughly recommend the services from Fitstuff. Thank you
Philippa is absolutely brilliant! She made me feel comfortable from the very first session and explains everything in such a clear and friendly way. The exercises and treatments have really helped and I always feel looser and with less pain after seeing her. She's helped me with tight leg and back muscles, shoulder pain, knee bursa and recovery from a foot fracture. I’m so grateful for her support and highly recommend her.
