I was suffering from pains in my feet and visited Philippa. She diagnosed plantar fasciitis and helped relieve the issue. Months on and my feet feel so much better! The Hoka sandals recommended in the shop were also worthwhile. A friendly, polite and professional therapist that I would highly recommend.

I came into Fitstuff clinic with a debilitating injury from squash. I was unable to stand upright and could only walk taking small steps. Stairs were difficult to climb and descend. After just 1 hour, Julia made a huge impact. After leaving the clinic, I was already able to stand fully upright and my walking was back to almost normal. I could walk up and down stairs without a problem. The service was effective and delivered with an excellent manner.
