Do not sign up for the 16 Week Fitness Challenge. They use predatory tactics to get you to sign up. During the orientation they leave out details, and use bait and switch tactics to get you to sign up. They shove a contract in your face and say just sign it says bla bla bla and the representative is pumping you up about how good this challenge is and how much weight you can lose. Listen to the voices telling you this is a scam. You are required to pay for a full year unless you "qualify" to cancel. And you only qualify to cancel if you go 3 times a week (which, if you can swing that--great). If you have knee problems and can't go, they make you require your doctor to sign a release saying you have a permanent disability. Fitsmart are scammers, they set up their billing in a way that REQUIRES u to pay whether or not u use their services. I would stay away from them if I was you. They're the first company in my lifetime that I ran across that operate their business this way.
I am really shocked by these reviews we did not have problems and they definitely grew my client base
BUYER BEWARE. This is according to many victimized customers, a scam. You will be told things that are not true in the orientation session. You will never see those people again. The orientation is given by people who have nothing to do with what comes later during the life of the contract. The only purpose for the orientation is to get you to sign a contract that you are misled to believe is for 16 weeks. Warning: This company uses a terrible 3rd party billing company. I followed my contract and completed the program exactly as I was supposed to and got scammed out of $120 (I was billed an extra two months). I have not been able to get this resolved. Buyer beware!
Terrible program, I have been trying to cancel since the first day and no one even has an idea what to do. Ridiculous and unresponsive. No voicemail, no reply to email. Next call BBB.
