BUYER BEWARE!! DON'T BUY BEARINGS FROM THIS COMPANY!! I bought bearings for my exercise bike and five months later they exploded. I asked for a refund and they said there is only a 30 day return policy on bearings. That is way too short of a warranty on bearings. The manage I spoke to was very rude! Don't use this company!
I ordered parts for my spinning bike that, according to their web site, would fit my bike. They did not fit. I had to pay shipping back to the company and they are going to charge a 20% re-stock fee, for THEIR mistake. Do not use this company. It's a scam. Unfortunately, this where Diamondback Fitness refers their customers who need parts.
I ordered 2 left roller guards for my treadmill on their website. Their part numbers are 6037953 and 2277580. I received the parts and they clearly sent me left roller guards. They have their parts marked incorrectly. The numbers molded right into the part 191841 and 192015 (even when entered into their website) come back to left roller guards. I received a damaged treadmill deck. They placed the blame on FedEx but it is their poor internal packaging. They filed a claim with FedEx which was approved but they WILL NOT ship the replacement deck until they are paid from FedEx in 30 days. It has been about 3 weeks from my initial order and after dealing with them I have another 3 - 4 weeks if I even get the replacement. TERRIBLE customer service. Provided incorrect part, then demanded photos of treadmill serial number, comparative pictures of original part plus part received from Fitnessrepairparts. Multiple times told they couldn't see pictures provided, of the serial number provided was incorrect (yet I verified it with the manufacturer). HORRIBLE! This company has the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. When I first called them up to tell them I received the wrong size treadmill belt they said "no you didn't, that is the right belt according to our records". I explained I would gladly re-order but want the correct size belt. They refused to accept they had sent the wrong belt even after I gave them pictures and serial numbers and then told me they would need to send to "investigation department" but this could all take 30 days.
