Gary always finds my sore spots, and knows how to revive them. As a 81 year old male, I have plenty of sore spots. Gary takes the time to find out where the problem comes from, and develops a working solution.

I’ve been a client of Gary’s for many years. The customized exercise programs he’s created for me have significantly increased my overall strength, flexibility, and balance, while helping me recover from a serious upper back injury, an inflamed shoulder, and other physical aches and pains over the years.
