I was very happy with the care the sales associate took to listen to my concerns with previous shoe buying problems I’ve had because of my “difficult” feet. He provided a few options and gave me plenty of time to get the feel for each of them. I felt I was in expert hands and came away very pleased with my purchase and my experience.
I had a fantastic shopping experience at Fitness Sports in Coralville! In the past, I usually chose shoes just based on looks and comfort, without really knowing what was best for my feet. Here, every customer gets a free arch and gait analysis, and there’s even a treadmill to test out different shoes before deciding. Nate was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. A fantastic and thorough experience. After returning shoes that I purchased online, I decided to stop into the store. Nothing can replace the in-store experience with knowledgable, friendly, and helpful sales people. They asked me questions, addressed all of my concerns, and helped me find the best shoes for my needs
Options were great! The sales associate was knowledgeable and friendly! Very helpful in finding the right fit for me! The personalized approach was a great switch from the larger impersonal stores. Highly recommend for the intentional consumer.
