I bought a pair of Nike shoes two weeks ago. I noticed a hole in the heel. I brought them in and Rachel was very apologetic. She brought out some different brands and found the right shoe. I was given full credit to go towards my new shoes. Best customer service.

They do what they say they do. They determine shoe size, arch, pronation you may have, what the shoe is needed for, then offer options and find and trim the appropriate insole. Help was available when I walked in the door. Definitely recommend.
