I stopped going to classes durring summer because the inside temp said 78F. WARM sauna. Temp reads ONLY 150F! Please fix the temperatures. Saunas go up to 190. Now there's tape on it saying- "Do not adjust"! I don't got time to be in there for an hour. Rather sit in my car in the lot at 180F for 10 minutes and workout at home.
Small, strange locker/sauna bathroom layout, and rude staff (just the one guy). I liked the classes and it’s the only gym around so you become desperate. It does the trick, but I’ll never be back
First I would say there are nice people working there, but the equipment is pretty worn and outdated. $100 a month membership I think is a bit excessive for what you get. My biggest complaint is when I canceled my membership they charged me $150. That's insane! That's an old business model from the '80s.
Plenty of free weights and machines. They offer day and week passes.
Good people. I like the points I get for going to the gym. I can pay four a hydro massage with points. It's a nice treat.
