I was referred to Fitness Focus by my primary care doctor for low back and leg issues. I have to admit, I wasn’t very excited about going to physical therapy again because I hadn’t had much success with PT in the past. I like the smaller facility, which has less activity, quieter and more personal than large facilities and so convenient to my home. The staff is very helpful, friendly and always willing to help with any questions. They easily and quickly were able to go into my records for appointments and other history if I needed. I have been working with Katie Hands at Fitness Focus for about 3 months. She is knowledgeable and patient. I’m struggling with balance and gait issues so she is helping me work on exercises I can do at home. She is incorporating weight training to get my strength back. I have been to several PT clinics and Fitness Focus is by far the best. I have seen improvement in my condition. Thank you, Katie
