They have some of the best customer service in town. Very thankful to have this sport store in town.
After recent foot surgery, my wife's surgeon recommended wearing a supportive sports shoe during her recovery. We visited Fitness First and John and Adam spent time going over shoe types. She ended up with a pair of Hoka that fitted her recently operated foot perfectly but when we got home, and after wearing it for a while, she experienced pain in her other foot (with plates and screws) from an earlier surgery. The selection of gear was impressive, and the prices were very reasonable. The store was clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. I have used fitness first for personal use and also for the baseball association I assist running. They are absolutely the best! Great customer service! Very knowledgeable. From a league standpoint they can and have gotten everything we could ever need/want in a timely manner and for a better price than we can buy from other corporate companies. Highly recommend these guys!
