Just an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! Easy to navigate informative web site and scheduling tool. Plenty of pre-appointment info provided along with scheduling reminders. Great very well equipped studio attached to a bike shop. Maxine the fitter is super engaging, eager and friendly, as well as having a ton of experience and expertise. This is the best money I have ever spent on something related to cycling. Over the course of a couple of hours, a series of minor tweaks results in massive improvements of comfort on the bike. Maxine should be working with Tadej, we are all lucky that we have the chance to get fitted in Ann Arbor.

Every fit that I have done with Max has been worth every penny. Before my first, I struggled with saddle pain and upper body discomfort, along with knee soreness stemming from tracking issues with my poor cleat/shoe setup causing consistent soreness and pain. I have had no issues post fit, and even during big training blocks and events, no ergonomic related soreness or issues. I have had two bikes fitted by Max. Amazing experience both times! So knowledgeable and a lot of positive energy makes the session enjoyable. Completely explains what’s happening, changes needed, etc. Walk in with one bike and leave with a completely new ride. Each time I have added to my knowledge base regarding competition bikes. Highly recommend. If I could give 7 stars I would.
