Betsy significantly improved my golf game and ball striking. After falling out of shape and aging a bit, her tailored fitness programs not only made it easier to get back into the gym but also were focused on improving my game. I have been a patient of Betsy's for roughly four years for a reoccurring back injury. Betsy sees patients one on one for an hour. During our first appointment Betsy did a thorough hands-on evaluation and asked thoughtful questions. For my treatment, Betsy does a combination of exercises (balancing, strengthening, mobility), stretching and hands-on work. There's no doubt everyone will benefit from FitGolf. My ball-striking has improved greatly and understanding how my body should work in the golf swing has been an eye-opener. An added benefit from FitGolf is you will improve not only your golf posture, but also your sitting, standing and walking posture, which has helped in my back and sacrum pain.
