I ordered a pair of sandals from the Flop and I ordered a size 10 they came in and they were size 13 but marked as 10 as I measured them. I proceeded to bring them to a store to get professionally measured and they also deemed them as size 13. I must have called over 45 times and message them at least another 30 times and also spoke to people on chat I was hung up on I was called a liar several times by several people and nobody believe me. I have enjoyed many pair of fit flop shoes over the years. I really loved my Burgundy tennis shoes with white rubber sole. I ordered a new pair to replace my old pair. I thought I received used and worn shoes as the soles were flecked with brown spots making them look dirty. An attached tag claims they are using recycled products on their shoes. Great but at the cost of the clean look.Now a brand new pair of shoes look dirty and no way to clean them. They could have at least color the soles and edging the same color as shoe ... read more

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! The shoe size does not actually match what you wear. I placed my first order with them, BOTH pairs of shoes are way, way, way too big. I printed the return label and then went to re-order them, except instead of being $45.00 the shoes are now $95.00. I asked them how do I get the price that I originally ordered them for and they said i can't. So they pull a complete bait and switch on customers. Do not buy from this company. I bought a pair shoes on May 6 and returned them because they were too big. I returned on May 14th using their label with tracking. They received them on May 23rd. They refused my emails, and debated credit card dispute even though I had snap shots of proof on my phone. It was also within the the 28 day return policy. They still had the same pair of shoes for the same price at the dispute time. Still no resolution and they dont answer your calls. Bad customer service! If you want this brand of s... read more

Worst customer service ever. If you order anything online, they might send you a shoe that is a different leather than you ordered. I have called 3 times and sent numerous emails. This has been going on over 6 weeks. Don't give them any of your money. If you want to buy their shoes do it through a company with good customer service, like ********or ******* ******.

They sent me two left shoes! After one week of trying to get to the bottom of this with no help, via numerous emails, phone calls, etc...I am not going to give them the time of day anymore. I have contested the charges with my bank. It seems like their regular order of business is to give people the run around/promise a refund. However they do not give the refund.
