Highly recommended! First time appointment but not new to physio/dry needling. Start to finish I was very impressed with her initial consultation of getting the whole picture and history behind my back/shoulder pain. I felt instant relief leaving the clinic whereas it was a struggle to make it in for the appointment. Will be returning and sticking to my treatments 100%

I had my initial assessment with Danielle Fraser at Fitforlife today and she was amazing! Super informative, listened intently and asked me follow-up questions so I felt she really understood the pain I’ve been experiencing. The assessment was thorough and gentle, and I left with a much better understanding of the source of my pain! Very hopeful that this physiotherapy will help alot!
