I brought back a pair of Brooks that were getting a toe dent after 1 use. The assistant manager Elizabeth said employees were aware of the issue but would not exchange and instead directed me back to Brooks. Very disappointed they would not exchange.
We came to Fit2run and were astounded by the service provided by Susan. She walked us through the whole process and gave us the best Fit2run.
Went in this morning to buy a bike. Jeff was very helpful and spent the time to make sure the bike was a good fit for me. Definitely recommend!!
They are amazing! Very honest people, great service! The gentleman who fixes my bike did a great job! very responsible price. Tried to give him a tips,he dont even accepted it. Highly recommend! 👍👍👍
