I highly recommend this Palm Beach Gardens, location of Fit2Run. The assistant manager Malary is a superstar. Sincerely, a very friendly person and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to all the different manufacturers they represent for running shoes. She made recommendations for me and while I had to return to the store a few times, Malary took all the time I needed to find shoes that were a perfect fit. She’s a huge asset to this store. I interacted with other employees who were also very friendly and knowledgeable.
I visited today intending to purchase two pairs of running shoes and was prepared to spend as much as I needed to for a comfortable, stylish pair of ON sneakers. Unfortunately, my experience with customer service ended my shopping trip before it really began. I approached the counter with two pairs of shoes and waited for assistance. Best running shoe shopping experience ever! Autumn was very helpful in quickly finding me the perfect shoe for my foot and lifestyle. Well stocked and lots of options. Will return!
Carlos was knowledgeable and helpful. He helped us find the most comfortable shoes for 12-hour shifts which was the Bondi 9. I only wish the store had discounts like the hoka site. Would buy here again.
