We had the pleasure of working with Isaiah over the weekend. I have a very difficult time finding shoes that fit properly and don’t rub my feet. The patience that Isaiah had in helping me was amazing. His knowledge of each of the shoes was incredible. I think I found the perfect shoes, but, just in case they start hurting, he told me about the club in which I have 45 days to wear them and if they don’t work out, I can return them. I HIGHLY recommend Fit to Run and specifically Isaiah if you’re looking for new sneakers!
I went in got my foot scanned and recommended a fantastic pair of asisics shoes by an employee wearing glasses with a ponytail they then proceeded to inform me on why these shoes would work with my feet and how well they are constructed. I went in on 02/29.
The quality of shoes at this store is awful! After wearing a $180 pair of sneakers for 3 days they look like this. I brought them back and help was not provided. Basically call the Corporate office and see what they can do. I did not want to buy another pair from here but it was our only option since a refund was not provided. Will never shop here again! Go somewhere else.
Cedric was extremely helpful in helping me find running shoes. I didn't have much knowledge on brand/shoe quality and am fairly new to running, and Cedric was a life saver! He was able to give me different recommendations, explain the type of support I need, and had excellent brand knowledge. I'll definitely be coming back! :)
On selection of shoes, really poor selection of anything else, especially hydration gear which seems important in an area this warm.
