We walked in to the store for my husband to check out On Clouds and we all (mey husband and 2 kid ds) scanning our feet. This scanner is amazing! The staff was very friendly! We especially want to thank Paolo, the staff Member who took care of us, for his unique and very friendly service and his excellent knowledge! We both ended up buying shoes and foam soles, thanks to the scanner!
Highly impressed. Came in to just browse and maybe try on a few pairs; told this to the associate I worked with named Colin, treated me as a paying customer and brought every shoe I asked for. He scanned me and told me about my feet and then sat with me and explained the details of each and every shoe I tried on and was a fantastic help. Very professional for someone his age!
Manny is incredibly knowledgeable. He is intuitive and competent. Identified our needs and got us precisely what we needed. His attention and service is unparalleled. He is the reason my runners community will now come to this store for our needs!!!!
