Just bought some Hokas with Keke. She was the best! Super helpful, answered all my questions, and had all the knowledge on all the different shoes. Anytime you need new shoes Fit2Run is the place to go
During my first ever visit to Fit2Run, I bought my Diadora sneakers. This was Saturday, 10/11/25 at the Wellington Mall location. A nice young man helped me at the store. When checking out he asked if I wanted to be a member and I politely declined and entered my email and completed my purchase. I wore my shoes Monday, 10/13 and the insoles were breaking off. Manny, provided me with excellent customer service. He turned what could have been a very bad first experience with Fit2Run into a successful positive story. He made it possible for me to become a very satisfied customer. Manny, was knowledgeable, professional, and very thorough [and that is rare] nowadays. Because of Manny, I'm now wearing the correct shoe size and the recovery sneakers with the correct arch support to accommodate my feet. Manny, exceeded my expectations to me he's Simply the Best!
Keke and Rony were the best! Rony took his time to help me find the best shoes possible. I never felt rushed and was given multiple options. Keke helped me with an exchange that had a few issues. She didn’t dismiss me right away, but got on the phone and it made it possible to exchange my shoes. 10/10 experience- will definitely be coming back.
I had such a great experience here thanks to Kiara. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. I came in not quite sure what I was looking for, and she went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair. She listened to what I needed, gave me helpful recommendations, and made sure I was comfortable with my choice before checking out. Her customer service made the whole experience enjoyable and stress free.
