Made online purchase that they stated they didn't see even though they charged my card .. The Store was RUDE AND UNHELPFUL, Then 2 days later i received text staing the order was canceled and they didn't charge my card, but they did .. then Customer Service Refused refund ..had to dispute with my Bank as Fraud. Will NEVER use them again OR visit their store. POOR Customer Service. DO NOT USE THEIR ONLINE ORDERING

Holly has amazing customer service skills and made sure my first running shoe shopping experience was awesome. I brought my 3 year old in and she gave him a little kid bike to play with while I got my feet scanned and tried on shoes. She understood what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect shoes so easily. I can't wait to try them out tomorrow, thank you Holly!
