Been here multiple times trying to buy shoes. I’m just now realizing just order shoes online. The store is constantly full of foreign tourists and they never seem to have any normal sizes in any shoe that you like… just order online from dicks sporting goods. Skip this store.

I met Phil while I was shopping for a new pair of running shoes. He offered to help, but I initially declined since I thought I knew what I wanted. As we started chatting casually, I mentioned I was training to PR in an upcoming 5K. Phil recommended the ASICS Metaspeeds and explained how they could support my goal. Spent 20 minutes in your location and couldn’t get a single associate to even acknowledge my existence. When I finally got an associate to help, I asked a single question about a size and was given a reaction as though I had asked him to cross I4 blindfolded. This location is a joke at customer service, and I highly recommend anyone seriously looking to purchase and not just browse to avoid this store. Maybe a lack of money will make them understand that customers are the reason they are there and to treat them better.

I was looking for a good pair of shoes to run long distance - Sam at the Fit2Run Disney Springs location was fabulous - she helped me narrow down my search to Asics Nova Blasts The have a treadmill there which I used and she recorded my running - pointed out that I need an insert of sorts for better support based on how I was stepping She was friendly and personable - ask for her when you visit
