I stopped by in search of some new running shoes and Nicole (manager) and Matt were so incredibly helpful and lovey! The shoes I wanted were not in stock in my size and Matt and Nicole went the extra mile to look online for it and even on the Brooks website because they didn’t carry my size in the store. We called ahead asking if they measure and scan toddlers, they said yes. I asked if they had a good selection of toddler shoes, they said yes. We drove there only to be met with an extremely inexperienced staff member who said “we only scan adult feet and we only have kid and adult shoes, no toddler shoes” they measured his feet then scanned his feet, only to find that the measurements don’t match each other and they have zero inventory for toddlers. Complete waste of our time.
Louis is a fantastic human being and was so pleasant to work with. He guided us in picking great shoes and gave us recommendations when he heard that we are all healthcare workers—even went as far as to inspect our crusty feet to give us insole recommendations! Loved his vibe! PS Louis, you’re such a good boy 😉
After running for 3 months in my new postpartum body, I knew it was time to try a new pair of shoes. I’ve been eyeing up this store, but it is 30 mins from my house, and I was thinking I’d just order the same shoes online. Yesterday, was at Disney Springs and… there it was.
