I went to fit2run in Coconut Point mall the other day looking for shoes. I’m 75 years old so comfort and affordability are very important to me. I was so pleased to be waited on by Caroline. What an asset for this store. Caroline was able to explain the difference in shoes and the use for each type. Even though I’m on a fixed income I purchased 2 Pair that day.I will return and I hope I can see Caroline again !!! Thanks for the experience!!!!!
Great selection and very helpful customer service. Braden was knowledgeable about the similarities between styles and made a recommendation that fit perfectly. Also less expensive than what you can get online.
Im so done with trying to visit this store from now on ill ne shopping online. The young people they have working there are beyond lazy and not helpful at all. There were 3 people hiding in the back while the girl was trying to work the computer and couldnt do it. She yelled for help from them and said they always disappear do I yelled and asked if someone could please come help her and no one came out so I walked out. Avery at Fit2Run was excellent! I would recommend this store for all your needs! They fit me in shoes for my plantar fasciitis. First pair wasn’t correct they took them back and fit me with another shoe that works.
Disappointed with my experience. The store never seems to have the shoes I want in stock, and the staff was overly pushy. Instead of letting me try different options, they kept pushing me to order a pair for delivery. I went along with it, but it ended up being more expensive than other places. It also didn’t feel like they really knew what they were doing.
