I walked in hating shoes and left in love with the Asics Gel-Cumulus 27 all thanks to Joanna. Joanna greeted me at the entrance and made my day with her positive energy and knowledge on what shoes would work best for me based on my scan. I think she ran to the back storage like 7 times grabbing different shoes for me to try on based on my feedback and she made sure I had the best shoes for my athletic career. My stop at Fit2Run was the highlight of my day, awesome store and awesome employees!

Cailin was extremely helpful and patient in my shoe selection. The foot analysis machine provided excellent options for my high arches. Cailin was so knowledgeable in the pros and cons of each shoe. Often I see workers just chatting and not offering to help. It was a pleasure to have such excellence service. I’ll be back.

Bought a pair of Brooks shoes on Amazon thru this store and the toes were messed up in less than a week. No exchange program on their Amazon store and sale price was gone. Lost a customer for good.
