We were new to biking when we entered this store but we weren’t when we left. We were explained everything we needed to know about the bikes in the store and how they might fit our criteria. We left 2 traditional bikes for service and picked up a new Aventon Pace 5. Thanks to Simon! Shop local. You will not regret it.

Dropped 2 bikes off for maintenance and tuneups. Nothing was done, as the front forks and tire slipped of mid-ride, and the handle bars on the other bike were not tightened properly - causing both riders to dump off their bikes This was after they held the bikes for 3 weeks, couldn’t find one of the bikes, and then a 30 min wait to fix “something”. Would have paid 5x to have it done properly - now we have messed up bikes, and legs/arms….
