I had my old Raleigh mountain bike in for repairs a few weeks ago. Other bike shops have told me they fixed it but they didn't. It wouldn't shift correctly and they knew what the problem was before I even left the shop! Now it shifts like butter and I enjoy riding my bike again. Thanks Waxhaw Cycles! You're the best!
Great experience. Simon is super knowledgeable and a very nice guy. Has helped me with bike fitting and troubleshooting on multiple occasions. Always eager to help. Can’t recommend him enough.
Great experience with Simon and his crew. I’ve had my mountain bike in several times for various repairs. Simon is very good at diagnosis, and keeping a well used bike running. Very reasonable pricing, doesn’t put all new parts on if rebuilds will work. Great shop!
