The best bike shop experience that you could ask for, they go above and beyond. I’ve got over 7k miles on a bike that I have not used gently and they simply explained what was wrong with my bike and how they would fix it, as well as giving very good recommendation on what next steps for upgrading or getting a new bike would be. Simon is top notch. Great guy and experienced. He takes care of his customers. He’s not all about trying to sell you everything in the store or pushy about the most expensive option.
