I have been going to Sam regularly for years; the best.
I originally saw Sam for a shoulder injury 3-4 years ago, Sam was so good that, even though I soon recovered, I kept on seeing her every few weeks and still do to this day! I play a lot of sport mixed in with many hours a day sat with a laptop, so I benefit from Sam straightening me out every few weeks. I'm approaching 50 and I really do believe she has helped me remain mostly injury free for 3-4 years, her treatments are worth every penny! There's nobody else I could recommend above Sam.
Been seeing Sam religiously for around 4 years now - superb knowledge and would not be able to maintain my active lifestyle including CrossFit/Running/Hiking without her. Highly recommend.
