I cannot recommend Fit to Function Therapy enough! I have a client who is 92 years old and living with Alzheimer’s. Sangeeta is sincere and cares deeply about each client. I had extreme fatigue and breathing issues after COVID. Doctors gave me no hope at all. I thought I would have to go on disability. Sangeeta took the time to explain what was going on in my body and broke down the program into small chunks.
