Fit Quest Physical Therapy is definitely highly recommended! Monte and Carly have been truly amazing to work with! Shoulder Reconstruction is a tough surgery! I stayed vigilant with my home exercises, as recommended by Monte! I believe the reason I am doing so well is absolutely due to the exceptional therapy I'm receiving at Fit Quest! Monte and Carlie are amazing. They are very personable and effective.
Monte was very rough and harsh with my broken arm. I saw him two weeks after my humerous was repaired with a metal plate and 10 screws. He was not gentle and would only pull my arm over my head until I cried. He made my arm swell up and my hand ballooned. After I called my surgeon, he immediately changed my physical therapy to Summit Hand Therapy. Brian Jensen did wonders for my arm and was very gentle. I would recommend Brian every time. Don’t go here unless you want to be tortured!’
Monte and Carly have always been amazing and kind to work with. Monte’s famous words of ‘tired, not sore’ have made physical therapy soothing and restorative. Other places I’ve visited seemed to have a practice of ‘no pain, no gain’. I often left my appointment in moderate to severe pain, making me want to stop PT altogether. My daughter goes to Monte for PT on her knee, and I transferred to him post-op from a cervical disc fusion. Couldn’t ask for a better team than Monte and Carly!
