My Physical Therapy with Colette and John was so successful. They taught me how to regain my strength and flexibility. They were always right on time and full of encouragement.
Personal attention to needs. Set realistic expectations for determined time frame. If unable to do one movement due to other issues, an alternative is found .Despite being difficult at times, I have fun working with the therapist
It was the worst experience. Very unprofessional, trained people who don't know what to do.
My PT exp with Lindsey has been great. She initiated the therapy and been providing various kind of exercises that help with my shoulder. The one-on- one approach, her style of stretching and exercises have been really helpful. Highly recommend them!
