I have used Fit Physical Therapy for several different injuries. Aryana was my Pt. person this time. She did a great job getting me back to full strength with very little pain. I only go to fit.
I cannot say enough amazing things about FIT physical therapy! The owner Leslie is a one of a kind person who has created a practice that is intentional one on one service and is personalized to each person that walks through the door. The environment is so uplifting and it doesn’t matter which therapist you are with because they are all amazing to work with! I always leave feeling better about myself and what my body can do! I am so thankful for this practice and what it has given me!
I am extremely disappointed with the pelvic floor physical therapy I received at FIT. I attended consistently for six months and ultimately was told my “sessions” were ending and that I would need to continue on my own. Throughout that time, I experienced little to no meaningful progress. The treatment I received felt insufficient and lacked the level of targeted care I would expect from a pelvic floor specialist. A wonderful choice for PT. Lauren, Mary and Lindsay were patient, kind and thorough. PT was actually fun, and the exercises they gave me have given me a lot of relief. I would recommend FIT physical Therapy for anyone who needs PT!!
I have been to FIT Physical 3 times for 3 different problems and have been very happy with the results. The staff has always been professional, helpful, encouraging and successful in getting me up and running and back on track. I will continue to go there if needed again and would highly recommend them! I would like to acknowledge my last therapist, Shayne who was awesome and very helpful in my recovery.
