I had a very good experience with FIT Physical Therapy. My assigned physical therapist, Lauren Constant, was thorough and progressive as we worked to improve the strength and stability in my left hamstring and the rest of my lower body. As my therapy overlapped the Holidays, I also worked with other therapists during the period. They too helped me progress and strengthen my legs after my injury. I strongly recommend the team at FIT Physical Therapy, and I will happily use them again should I need additional help.
This is my third round with FIT for various things. While I hope to not need them for the foreseeable future, I will not go anywhere else for PT. A big thank you to Lindsay who took excellent care of me this time. I also saw other staff members occasionally and they are all knowledgeable, thorough and compassionate. I highly recommend FIT.
I received outstanding and nurturing care from the FIT team of professionals. They helped me reach my shoulder recovery goals with the right amount of program advancement. I could tell they really cared about my recovery. Well done Colette and the rest of the team!
Lauren Constant was excellent in providing a large variety of exercises for my shoulder diagnosed as a partial rotor cuff tear. The facility is well equipped with every conceivable type of exercise support. The staff is friendly and personable as well as professional. I was in “ good hands” over a 7 week, twice weekly, program.
Collett McCadden and Lauren Constant were very professional and knowledgeable about how regain use of several muscles and joints. I had foot surgery but I was on a knee scooter for 11 months so I needed to know how to walk correctly again. Thanks them so much
