Quick review. We actually had purchased our two Big Sur e bikes in California while on a trip, but after a year of use found this business to do a tune up service. All I can say is I have no idea what they did but the bikes ride better than when we purchased new. Whatever adjustments, and maintenance they performed my wife and I can not believe the difference on how much smoother, quieter….everything these bikes ride. Highly recommend this shop.
Thanks for NOT returning my email or messages regarding the e-bike motor repair. Thought I could use you guys for future service, guess I gotta find another shop
Knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. I had an issue with squeaky disc brakes which Aventon acknowledged and they sent both front and rear disc plus brake pads. In addition, they offered 30 dollars for the labor. I brought my Pace 500-3 to the shop and had them installed. Mike asked how much they were going to reimburse and Mike charged me that amount. I just received a check from Aventon. Love my bike and have enjoyed some great rides from 15 to 25 miles. Definitely worthy of a 5-star rating.

Owner Mike and son Michael are a great team! I've taken my eBike to them for parts and service. They have a great selection of bikes, prices are reasonable, and their service is top notch. Highly recommend!
