I had recently purchased an ebike from Lectric but during the shipping, the shifter was damaged. I called Lectric and they sent me the new shifter and recommended Fit n Fun (as I was unaware they were nearby). I called and set an appointment and dropped it off. Before I was a mile away they called back and said they could get this done quick, so no need to head home. I turned around and by the time I returned it was ready. “I cannot recommend Fit n Fun E-bikes enough! I brought my Aventon Pace 500.3 to Michael and his dad to resolve a chronic battery cutout issue. Even though I didn’t buy my bike here, they treated me like a loyal long-time customer. My bike had been ‘fixed’ previously at a dealer in St George, but the problem returned within 200 miles. Michael took the time to explain that the previous repair was incomplete; they should have replaced both the terminal and the battery while under warranty.
