I was asked to pay an extra $35 on top of my copay. I questioned this with my insurance. Cigna said they cover all the codes I was getting. I did not have to pay the $35 after my 6th appointment. They had to pay me back for the 6 appointment over charge. This complaint started on October 3rd. I did not receive my overpayment refund until January 2nd. F.i.t. started to put 2 codes that my insurance did not know about. Not allowing Cigna to deny or cover. I complained over and over. I had to file a complaint with my insurance.... read more
