I started going to F.I.T Muscle and Joint after a meniscus surgery and started seeing Megan as my physical therapist. Megan is very knowledgeable, kind and knows just when to push you. I can never thank Sidney enough for everything she has done for me. Before I met her, I had spent years with unexplained pain and weakness in my right hand. They are amazing! From the front desk to the physical therapist. I have seen a couple different ones due to scheduling and have had great sessions with all! My therapist assigned to me is Megan and she is the bomb. So down to earth and makes me feel comfortable!
The reply to my original review was complete b.s. They ask for $35 upfront. Before it is sent to insurance. Not informing insurance of codes they are charging for. Now they are neglecting to passing on medical records.
Professional, knowledgeable, caring. Sidney was outstanding and great with which to work. I strongly recommend her for others regarding PT treatments.
