I’m a runner and Aaron has helped get me back to 100% a few times. He uses dry needling and cupping to heal my shin splints and calf pain. I would definitely recommend him and will be back for any future injuries.

I’d recommend F.I.T to anyone but I’ll also say ask for Jennifer Mattson. I’m sure everyone at F.I.T. would do just as good of a job as her but she is my great experience at F.I.T.
