I had such an amazing experience at F.I.T. Muscle and Joint Clinic! I worked with Dace at the Blue Valley location to help with hip pain I had been experiencing for 1.5 years. He was wonderful! He took the time to explain my specific condition and created a personalized plan that was challenging yet manageable. Their hands-on work and encouragement made a huge difference. I have been seeing Ryan, my physical therapist, for treatment of pain in my left shoulder. He has worked with me now for a few sessions, thathave helped tremendously. He also sent me home with a regimen of exercises to do at home. Because of his treatment, my pain has has gone from a 5+ to a 2. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome in such a short amount of time.I would highly recommend F.I.T., in particular, Ryan, if you need to be seen by a PT expert.
Since April I have been coming to F.I.T. MJC in Blue Valley for, originally, peroneal tendonitis (stemming from tight calves) I got from running. I've been working with Joe Burbee since then and I do believe PT has helped! I did it for about two months, was gone for the summer, and in August Joe was open to jump right back into PT to maintain the health I had regained since May.
