I had a shoulder/deltoid issue that was lingering for quite some time so I decided to visit F.I.T. and I'm glad I did. I had the pleasure of working with Erica - she performed some treatments to help with the recovery and also provided some exercises to help strengthen and stabilize the area. Very greatful, thanks for everything!
