I'm not sure where to begin when it comes to expressing how grateful I am to FIT Method 413 and the transformation that came so quickly. If you are in the right mindset and ready to put forth the effort when it comes to diet and working out, you will be so proud of yourself if you give it a chance. Listen. I have worked out pretty much since junior high...I have tried every diet you can think of, every workout too. I've gained weight, lost weight, gained weight again..and always find something to be unhappy about when it come to my body. But now as I sit hear rambling after weighing in at the gym Friday for the first time since my 6 week challenge ended in mid March, I have lost another 10+ lbs... on top if the 22lbs I lost during the 6 week challenge
...a total of more than 33lbs. I have never felt stronger, leaner, more confident than I do now... even during this most challenging time when it comes to work stress and the stress of the unknown during this pandemic. FitMethod has gotten me through the most challenging times when I would usually turn to food or drinks with friends, which I still enjoy in moderation. I'm not going to lie, I still see soooooo many flaws, but I wouldn't be where I am today without FIT Method. The circuit workouts and slow burn cardio works for me. I don't dread pushups anymore and enjoy me some burpees, mountain climbers and jump squats. And I have still managed to enjoy my weekends...Easter, Mother's Day, Birthdays...girls nights and apparently still lost weight. It's all about balance when it comes to working out and eating. And I love me some good, quality food and drinks. I still managed to turn 36 on May 21st and wore a 2-piece for the first time since my 20s, with a little bit of confidence...thank you to the coaches: Kelsie,
Chris, Liz, Gavin, JT, Crystal, Brad and all the members at Fitmethod413, I still have work to do, relationship with food to deal with, but I will get there with your support, thank you! My next goal, pull ups and a tight tummy.
