This diet works!!! The first couple of weeks were fairly difficult but it really helps you to change your eating habits and your attitude towards food. The staff were always very helpful and friendly.

This program was so easy and I had no issues sticking to it. I really love it. After my hysterectomy I couldn't lose any weight. I spent hundreds looking for something. I went back to HCG and that no longer did anything for me. I did weight watchers for 8 weeks and lost 3 pounds its not true, veges and fruit should NOT be free . FIT was my last option (yes I already tried medi fast and nutri system too). LOVE this program. I have been going to Fit Medical Weight Loss since October 5, 2012. I have lost over 50 lbs. I have tried other diets and had temporary successes, always gaining the wiehg back and then some. I decided to give this a try as a 50th birthday present to myself. I am SO happy I did. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The diet is very easy to follow. The staff is extremely knowledgable. My councilor, Ron not only advised me but also encouraged me. I also felt great during the entire duration of losing weight. I am very happy with the results and would highly recommend MedFit to others.

You CAN do this! When I heard about this program, I thought it was something I could not do. Not only was I able to follow the plan, I gained confidence in myself and lost 25 lbs! This is the first time in all the diets I have tried, I have lost weight quickly and safely. It's amazing how good I feel! Ron, my fit coach, has been so helpful with my journey. Whenever I had questions he would respond to me in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this plan!
