The staff are helpful and knowledgeable and they are a great resource. My son now has a personal trainer, personal dietician, and access to some crazy cool equipment. His confidence is improving, and of course, his weight and muscle mass are improving as well. He really enjoys, and looks forward to, his appointments and the open gym that is available.
Amazing atmosphere where my child is getting support with learning and making better choices with food and creating a positive attitude about body image and physical activity. love fit kids of AZ!!!
