John is not your typical massage therapist. He thoroughly understands the body and quickly gets to the problem areas to alleviate the pain and increase range of motion. He also provides advice on stretching and strengthening exercises to fix the problem long term. As an older athlete (60s) I highly recommend him. He'll get you back out there playing your sport.

I had the best experience with John today. I am from out of town and have had some chronic low back pain- pretty severe as of recently. It was definitely not like a massage that I’ve ever had before. The stretching and maneuvers that he did gave me so much relief and the massage itself was very in-depth and thorough. John was so kind and respectful and was educating me throughout the whole process. I cannot recommend him enough!!
