John is not your typical massage therapist. He thoroughly understands the body and quickly gets to the problem areas to alleviate the pain and increase range of motion. He also provides advice on stretching and strengthening exercises to fix the problem long term. As an older athlete (60s) I highly recommend him. He'll get you back out there playing your sport.
