Aimee made a very quick and accurate diagnosis for me. She then followed her diagnosis up with an extensive list of exercises and necessary diet changes to bring back a healthy pelvic floor and bladder.
Fit for you got me to a place I’ve never been in my entire life! The exercises were different and the PT Amy was more knowledgeable than any PT I’ve ever seen (I’ve seen 4 so far). The little hints she gave me helped me to improve with little helps all through the day and night. The downside is that it’s very expensive ($215/session), but she does a lot of body work, and it was so freeing. I could move muscles freely after her hands on treatments.
I’m three appointments in and so far, I’ve had an incredible experience with my physical therapy sessions! My PT is not only highly knowledgeable but also genuinely caring, tailoring each session to address my specific needs and goals.
So far I am very happy with this provider! The therapist made me very comfortable, gave me great information regarding my therapy, and we have a plan to move forward. Highly recommend.
