Loved my remedial massage. I felt she was dedicated to finding the issues causing me discomfort. Chelle is very thorough and explains in detail what seems to be the problem and how to go about fixing the issue . Very knowledgeable and down to earth . I will be back😀

I have been seeing Chelle for a couple of years now and she has never disappointed. I feel very comfortable and confident that she can give me the massage that I need to get me moving, reduce pain as well as being more relaxed! Most recently I avoided a cortisone injection I had been waiting for after months with pain, as I no longer needed it, and I believe this was due to the massage I had with Chelle. I also find her approach to health and life really inspiring 🙏
Chelle's fitness classes are friendly and welcoming, and suitable for people of any age, fitness level or ability. No pressure, she'll help as much or as little as you need, and everyone there has a good laugh (if we can breathe that is!)
