I found Fiona to be excellent. After struggling for weeks with pain when running and finding I was struggling with recovery, I booked a sports massage with Fiona after many recommendations from experienced athletes! My first session she identified I was carrying an injury in both legs! She was very knowledgeable and offered me some excellent recovery information! Working on my feet all day, was giving me tight calf muscles and buttock pain. Fiona is fabulous for helping relieve that tension. She is very knowledgeable and the leg massage is firm but so relaxing at the same time. I love being able to treat myself to her massages every month. Would totally recommend.
