Totally recommend Anthony he is by far the best remedial massage therapists I have used for many reasons. He has a great understanding of the body mechanics allowing him to provide the right treatment required for your individual needs. He practices dry needling and cupping which really helps him get into the muscle tissue. But most of all he has the ability to listen to you, giving you the best possible massage and great value for money. Totally recommend fit & flexed for anyone who is serious about their health.
