I began working with Dr. Cristina Stewart in preparation for surgery. After a thorough assessment, including communicating with my surgeon, Dr. Stewart developed an ongoing exercise plan to help me recover safely from surgery, and teach me how to correctly engage and strengthen my core muscles. She helped me to safely and effectively gain overall strength, flexibility, balance, and confidence. Dr. Stewart is insightful, professional, patient, prompt, and caring. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs physical therapy!

Really outstanding! Knowledgeable, so friendly, responds quickly, very accommodating, and keeps you fully informed through the whole evaluation and treatment steps. More cost-effective too than other PT/MT places and they bring everything to you, how can you beat that?? I live in a smaller apartment with a pet and tough street parking rules, but none of that was a problem. I got the therapy I needed and even as my diagnosis evolved our conversation and treatment plan evolved too. I highly recommend Fit4You!
Cristina is an excellent PT. She listens and develops a plan that has been so beneficial in helping my sciatica nerve issues resolve. I appreciate the personalized care and her expertise!! My experience is 5 star in every way!
I have only been working with Cristina for a a month or so, but she has been wonderful to work with! I have hypermobile joints and a number of health issues and she has been one of the first healthcare professionals to actually listen to me.
